Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of the quote implies that the following terms and conditions have been read and fully accepted.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent exclusively by email to: info@portonovosuites.it
Standard Rate:
- Free cancellation up to 12:00 two days before arrival.
- Cancellation after 12:00 two days before arrival: penalty of 50% of the total stay amount.
- Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show: penalty of 100% of the total stay amount.
Non-Refundable Rate:
- In case of modification or cancellation, a penalty of 100% of the total stay amount will be applied.
Change of Stay Dates
It is possible to request a change of dates only for bookings made directly with the property, by sending a request via email to: info@portonovosuites.it
In case of change, the new price will be adjusted to the rate active at the time of the request.
Before Arrival
At least 2 days before arrival, it is necessary to:
- Complete the online check-in through the link provided by the property, including the personal details of all guests and the tax code of the booking holder.
- Pay the total amount of the stay, excluding the tourist tax to be paid on site.
⚠️ If the payment is not received within the indicated terms, the booking will be automatically canceled.
Lost and Found Service
The property offers a Lost and Found service:
- Guests will be contacted by reception in case of items found after check-out.
- Items will be kept for a maximum period of 60 days.
